1. Cancellation Policy
At CorePro Techno LLP, we strive to provide high-quality services. However, if you wish to cancel our services, the following conditions apply:
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to official@coreprotechno.com.
- For project-based services, cancellation requests must be made before the commencement of the next milestone as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Once a project phase or milestone has been completed and approved, it cannot be cancelled for that specific phase.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed based on the stage of the project and the type of service provided:
- Full Refund: If a cancellation request is received before any work has commenced on the project.
- Partial Refund: If work has started, a refund will be calculated based on the hours already logged or the percentage of the milestone completed.
- No Refund: No refunds will be provided for completed project milestones, subscription-based services already rendered for the month, or custom assets already delivered.
3. Domain & Hosting
Fees paid for domain registration, hosting services, or third-party software licenses are non-refundable as these are paid to external providers on your behalf.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
5. Modifications
CorePro Techno LLP reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
